1. Must be of Chaldean heritage
2. Must be a 2009/2010 academic year graduate from any high school, technical center or accredited adult education institution (College/University/Equivalent institution)
3. Regular Applications (to attend the ceremony and publish your photo in the yearbook) are due May 14th, 2010 (5pm).
