ATTENDING THE CEREMONY
I - If applying to attend the ceremony and to have your picture in the commencement program book:
1. Fill out this application by Friday May 14th 2010.
2. Upload your high quality photo electronically
SCHOLARSHIP & AWARD INSTRUCTIONS
II - If applying for an academic scholarship, essay award, or special talent scholarship:
1. Fill out the application by Friday May 7th 2010
2. Upload your high quality photo electronically
3. If applying for scholarship: Mail us academic transcript(s), ACT/SAT scores and supporting extracurricular non-academic documents such as athletic awards, community services, non-academic recognition awards, church related activities, recognition letters, and others.
If applying for essay award:
E-mail the essay to commencement10@gmail.com
The submitted essay must range between 500-1000.
Top three essay candidates may be interviewed for authentication.

High School:
Option #1:
What motivates you to accomplish your dreams?
Option #2:
What is the main achievement in your life and who/what assisted you in achieving that goal?
Option #3:
Being a Chaldean, what tradition would you want to pass on to future generations?
College:
Option #1:
What factors in your life have influenced your decision on your career aspirations and how can being Chaldean direct your path in the future?

Describe your most rewarding experience in your life?
Option #3:
Being a Chaldean, what tradition would you want to pass on to future generations?
If applying for Special Talent Scholarship (highschool only):
Mail us your academic transcript(s) – min 3.0 gpa is required. Send us special recognition and recommendation letters to support your talent. You may also write an essay telling us why you deserve a scholarship for your talent describing any career intentions you may have for your talent.
You are encouraged to apply for all scholarship and essay awards, however only the larger monetary award is valid if your scholarship application and essay both qualify to win.
